How it Works:

Quick Draw gives the artists 1.5 hours to complete their work. The Quick Draw Auction starts at 2:30 p.m. where the mystery and fun begin….. who will go home with these celebrated pieces of art?

-The concert will be held during the Art In Kayenta Festival at The Coyote Gulch Art Village in the big tent.

-VIP Tickets, which include …pre-party and concert admission, are $25 and advance concert only tickets are $8. Pre-sale tickets can be purchased at Juniper Sky Fine Art Gallery (435)674-2306. Tickets that are purchased the day of the concert are $10 cash at the door.

-All proceeds benefit the Kayenta Art Foundation (401)(c)(3).

What’s new this year (2012) ?

Art in Kayenta will take place three exciting days: Friday, Saturday and Sunday – February 17, 18, & 19^th 2012
All Musical art is in collaboration with SUSWA (Southern Utah’s Song Writers Association); all musicians will play some original work. There will be 3 venues.
“Quick Draw/Auction” will take place Saturday the 18^th at 1:00PM. Distinguished artists will have one and half hours from start to finish to complete an original piece. Then all art will directly to auction; all under the big tent. You do not want to miss this fun, exciting event. What an amazing opportunity to acquire your favorite artists work. Quick Draw is sponsored by the Kayenta Arts Foundation.
Children’s Corner – children from around the community will build a piece of art out of discarded metal pieces. Then prominent artist Matt Clark will spend the weekend building a final sculpture out of the Children’s work. The Final Sculpture will be permanently displayed in the Arboretum in Coyote Gulch Art Village.
Saturday in the Big Tent Kayenta Art Foundation will be sponsoring the “ROCK, ROLL and SOUL” Concert featuring Steph Johnson and The Sister Wives.
